Return Policy
We're really sorry to hear this! If your product has been damaged upon delivery, please send an email to [email protected] immediately with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Which item is damaged
3. Photographic evidence
All claims for product arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. After we confirm your return application, we will choose to resend or refund according to your wishes.
Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our webiste. Please do not return any damaged merchandise directly to our returns address unless advised to do so by a member of our support team. We will not accept refund requests for such returns.
Wrong and Missing Products
Although our pickers carefully check each order, it is inevitable that wrong or missing items will occur. We are very sorry about this, and our customer service team will choose to reissue or partially refund according to your wishes. Please note that please submit a return request to us within 30 days of receiving the package. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept returns for any reason after more than 30 days of receipt.
Exchange
We accept exchanges, but we will charge actual shipping costs. Due to the relatively low order value, collecting shipping charges may be more expensive than reordering, we strongly recommend that you choose to reorder!
Wrong Item / Shipping Address
If the product is not shipped, we can change your item / shipping address. Just email to [email protected] immediately with following information:
* Order number
* Wrong item name / shipping address
* Correct item name, size, and color / shipping address
We are unable to make any changes or amendments to your order if your order shipped.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Refunds usually take 15 business days to process.
