Cancel Your Order
In order to control the cost of the product, under normal circumstances, we do not accept cancellation of the order. If the product is not shipped, we can provide you with a exchange.
Logistics Carrier
In order to reduce our sales price by saving shipping costs. We will compare the shipping costs of FedEx, USPS and other logistics companies and the appropriate delivery time to choose the logistics carrier.
Shipping Time
Please allow for 1-5 business days for processing at our distribution center according to our stock before your order is shipped. Shipping time will only start counting once we ship the item.
According to our past shipping time statistics, usually packages will be delivered within 7-20 business days. And we usually have different shipping times according to different countries.
This means that you will receive the package at least 25 business days after placing the order. If you have not received the package after 25 business days, please contact our customer service email: [email protected], our customer team will give you a satisfied reply.
PLEASE NOTE:
Tracking information will not be updated until we have shipped. We will send the tracking number to the email address you filled in when you placed the order. Sometimes the system will glitch and classify your mail as spam, so If you still haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days, I recommend you check your spam mail.
We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to Floods, Fires, Tornados), Terrorist attacks or Threats of Terrorism, Customs service strikes/ Postal Service Strikes, Civil Conflict, Riots, Invasions or Occupancy, Extreme Weather Conditions, or Failure of telecommunication Networks.
Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping to most places in the world on orders over $34.99, except for some countries where we cannot deliver. For orders below $35, we will charge $6.99 for shipping.
If the package is returned to the order due to an incomplete/wrong address and contact information, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost of resending.
Shipping Countries or Regions
We support shipping to the following countries:
United States, Finland, France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Italy.
We do not currently support shipping to unlisted countries or regions in Africa, Asia, Antarctica and South America and above.
About Tax
We cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. And our products do not charge any taxes, i.e. the order amount only includes the product price and shipping. Therefor, If there is a tax on our products shipped to your country, this tax will be borne by you.
